  1. Prepare the Beef: Marinate the beef chuck roast with beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours until tender and shred.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: Melt butter in a skillet and cook sliced onions until golden brown and caramelized. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Horseradish Sauce: Mix sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
